Since 2019, RRLL&CO, LLC has been renovating and restoring houses throughout the metropolitan KC and surrounding areas. We buy houses in any condition and renovate them to provide a safe model of housing for potential buyers and the community.
We do good business and keeps things simple. On the front end, we buy houses to help homeowners get fast cash. We renovate those houses, which helps the community and adds to the much-needed housing inventory. On the backend, we turn these houses into homes for future renters/buyers.
"As Is Condition"
We buy houses fast, with no hidden fees. "As is" condition means we don't expect you to make any repairs or removals. When you sell your house to us, you can leave everything how it is and we'll take care of the rest. We typically pay closing costs.
